ClothyTech is a design and manufacturing service provider specializing in fashion tech packs, 3D fashion, sample making, and garment production for brands worldwide.

Orders must be requested via our contact form or email. Final agreements and pricing will be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to reject any project at our sole discretion.

All content, designs, images, texts, logos, and media on this Site are the intellectual property of ClothyTech or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices are communicated on a per-project basis. All payments must be made in full (or as agreed in writing) before delivery of final files or production. We reserve the right to update pricing without notice, but not for ongoing or confirmed projects.

Due to the custom and creative nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a project has begun. Cancellations must be made before any work starts. In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if no significant progress has been made.

• Any delays or failures resulting from causes beyond our control

• Any losses due to inaccurate information provided by the client
